Attended wedding at the Giltar - very good wedding breakfast. Stayed in one of refurbished rooms, nicely decorated well appointed bathroom and wonderful views. Quite expensive taking into account overall facilities and communal areas but very friendly and helpful staff

We attended a wedding reception at The Giltar Hotel; incidentally, our daughter chose this venue for her own wedding reception 5 years previously. The staff were all very friendly and efficient, the atmosphere homely and welcoming and the food was fabulous. I’d highly recommend this venue. We’ll definitely be back for another meal!
