only stayed their for one night but enjoyed the stay and have already booked another 3 nights . very clean hotel with good breakfast and very nice owners . just a short walk to the beach shops bars great location and well priced

I stayed here in September and have just been back again. Stayed another two nights just as good as the first time. Clean and Tidy, Hosts happy to help. Did some shopping around Southport the Guest House is right near the town centre so its easy to get to all the shops. Will come back again later in the year.

Nice little b&b breakfast was good, rooms small but addiquate for our needs, very close to all attractions, will be staying again next time we are in southport. One thing kettle did not work looked like it was from a building site but that did not spoil the stay. The other good thing it's free parking,

Stayed here for 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely lots of choices, tea/coffee, fresh orange, full english, fresh fruit and cereals. Room was clean and tidy. Hosts were very friendly and happy to help. Would defiantly stay here again.

I don't go to guest houses expecting massive rooms. Our room was perfectly adequate for our needs. Both communal and private rooms clean. Breakfast was lovely - orange juice, choice of fresh fruit, cereals, full english, as much toast as you could eat and tea/coffee. Bedrooms that we saw, only suitable for single occupancy, very small. My bed lacked padding on springs so was uncomfortable, probably very old. Hairs found in the shower, hairs found on floor after picking them up just walking about.
