Stayed with my son for 1 night, to see The Grand National at Aintree. Had 2 breakfasts and they were as good as any i've had, the reception was nice and clean and the room was ok. The online cost was slightly less than the hotel price. The main train station was about 10-12 minutes walk away.

Always made to feel welcome. Superb breakfast to set you up for the day. Great choice of drinks at the bar at very reasonable prices. John, Jim and the team really can't do enough for you and it makes you want to return year after year. The themed rooms are fun and are always clean.
