Service seemed to have improved since last visit. Its still a large somewhat impersonal hotel but the basic room offering is good and well executed. Corridors a little drab (as found in such airport hotels) and inevitably you get charged for everything at high rate (parking, internet). Beds comfy. More

Marriott Heathrow is an OK hotel. It's a bit dated and needs some attention. Given its location and prices, I hope Marriott will do this soon as it's a reflection of the airport and the UK - tired and needs a bit of TLC. More

Pretty good value for location, room service was good and fast, the executive lounge is a bit weak in terms of the snacks and munchies provided. Only problem was that the airport shuttle was booked-solid almost the entire morning I needed to fly, so I wound up taking a taxi, which was 15.00GBP after tip. I would stay again. More

No complaints about the room. Comfortble bed and on time wake up call. Wifi is very expensive, around 25 USD per night. The lobby doesn't have free wifi either. This hotel is ideally situated for stop overs at heathrow. The rooms are clean and have extremely comfortable beds.
