Stayed for 3 nights and was warmly welcomed by Helene. B&B is ideally situated for the town- literally a two minute walk away. Stayed here for a long weekend in late April and really enjoyed it. The web site directions were good but try and park at the front of the guest house if there's space as it can be tricky negotiating the court yard at the back. We stayed 3 nights in cosy warm. under the eves #6. over Easter holiday 2013 . for a rerasonable price! Lovely hosts and very helpful when we had an'emergency" call from home!. Hosts were always friendly and let us eat a bit early in am . Food excellent especially the smoked salmon and eggs! Lots of yougurt cereal fruit etc... More

We spent a night here with my parents for there 50th wedding anniversary Richard & Helene are the perfect hosts and have the perfect place for you to stay. Bramwood Guest House is spot on.It was a treat to spend our 50 th wedding anniversary in such a warm and lovely atmosphere.Helene and Richard were excellent hosts.Nothing to much trouble.Thanks for your homemade cake,which was lovely to eat by the lovely log fire in the lounge.We felt really spoilt.Every success to you both. I stayed here for 2 nights last weekend. The previous reviews are correct, it's very good, very well run. Friendly hosts, very good breakfast, and spotlessly clean. Apart from dancing girls, what more can one ask for?
