“Clean and welcoming. Excellent value for money”

Stayed here for just one night whilst participating in the North Lancs Soul Festival. Booked pretty much at the last minute but no problem. Very helpful proprietor (Lesley). “Very friendly”

Myself and my partner Stayed here for a couple of nights whilst she was in the area for business. Lesley and Rob we're very attentive and went out of there way to make us welcome. Lovely top floor bedroom with en suite and very relaxing.

“Lovely b&b in a not so lovely seaside town!”

We stayed here as we were in the area for a christening. very clean, lovely rooms. we stayed on the top floor- if youre not very fit youd struggle. Lesley was a fabulous host from the moment we arrived to when we left. If we have the misforune of being in morecambe again we'll be sure to stay here!

We had a fabulously warm welcome from Lesley, who couldn't have been a better host. It was cold outside and she had already heated our room in advance! The location was good, and the price was great. Recommended, especially for budget travellers!

Cheap and cheerful, clean but quite small rooms. Comfy bed. I enjoyed my breaky, but the other three guests were disappointed. Lesley was extremely friendly, helpful and pleasant. was made to feel very welcome.the room was very nice & clean.the food was excellent. lesley is a lovely lady.who makes you feel at home.we will certainly be going back .it was a very pleasant stay .even though it was january would have loved to have stayed longer.

stay here. very good value for money. pleasant hotel. spotless. convient for the promenade. stayed mid-week, room only. this place did the job. owners very friendly, and they've got good beds! comfy guest lounge if you need it.
