Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get an early check-in (10.30am). The standard check-out of noon is later than many hotels and meant we could have a leisurely morning. Room and reception are were spotlessly clean. I would stay here again.

I stayed here recently and was very impressed. I had an excellent room, really luxurious, very good breakfast and the staff were courteous and helpful. This was a very pleasant surprise and I was delighted by the location and facilities. I would stay here again.

Hotel is in a fabulous location with views over the River Thames, our room was lovely, very clean, powerful shower and the comfort of the bed was amazing, one of the most comfortable beds ever! The hotel Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
