“You would expect better from a 4 star hotel”

I was very dissapointed with my stay.The room had a poor view,The TV remote was filthy with dust & hair. No drinking water in room. “very nice location next to Richmond park”

rather old Gergian with old charm staff very helpful and went out of way to make us welcome.the bed was spacious shower was powerful.the safe worked well.car parking was good. steps could be troblesome for people with knee problem.

Wonderful location for the wedding party that we were part of this past weekend. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, bed were comfortable and laundry clean. “More good than bad in a lovely location”

A large family party stayed 2 nights for a wedding at Pembroke Lodge in Richmond Park. “great stay”

The Richmond Gate hotel was situated in a great location for our stay it was close to the town centre the Thames and various attractions we visited we were the first rail stop going into the city on the Piccadilly line for theatre land all these facilities are about a mile from hotel.

Absolutely disgusting service. The manager at reception was painfully slow and incredibly rude. Witnessed 2 brides night's being ruined by his appalling service and bad attitude.
