The rooms were quite clean. There was a comfortable guest lounge that was very relaxing and suitable for conversation, and was also equipped with movies and reading materials, along with coffee and tea. Accomodations were good, but the hospitality was a bit lacking, and it was a very difficult place to find and get luggage to.

The Roomies was an excellent B&B, the owners friendly, rooms large and clean, the breakfasts delicious. One of the best I've stayed at.
