Amamoor Lodge is tranquil, peaceful and relaxing with beautiful scenery all around. My daughter and I spent two nights there and loved it. It was off the beaten track but easy to reach and would be ideal for exploring the surrounding area. We have stayed at Amamoor Lodge several times before. Returning again was like visiting friends,which is how John & Cynthia greet you. This time we stayed in the units, before we stayed in the B&B. Brekkie with the birds at our door, luxurious comfort out in the bush. Studio apartment is spacious, clean and well designed. Found it a restful oasis after (long) day's end for us with privacy and one of the best hotel beds ever. Sadly no time to experience the onsite activities but still delighted by the teeming birdlife and resident pooch.... More

Truely an amazing place to stay. We stayed for one night in the Magnolia cottage and it was beautiful. Comfortable bed, huge spa bath, awesome TV that flips around so you can watch it while cuddled in bed, amazing views and lake. It was so peaceful and relaxing, all to be heard was the birds.
