Wow! This place is stunning! 19th century mansion then became a boys home for decades before becoming a resort. Our room is awesome! Character in spades and very well set up and equipped for our stay! We love the grounds and especially the pool and spa! Favorite Wyndham with the possible exception of San Francisco ... Perhaps a tie?

What a wonderful, restful, relaxing abode set in a most beautiful surrounds. Wonderful staff, helpful, yet respectful and leave you in peace to enjoy the many amenities at your leisure. Come and go from your own apartment room to explore the surrounding towns, restaurants and historical highlights. Clean, well equipped and spacious rooms, brilliant. well recommend.

Our one bedroom was lovely however it could have done with a better view (looking over the roof of the rest of the building). No baths in the rooms was a disappointment.
