This is a members property that non-members can also stay at. On arrival typical warm and somewhat predictable greetings occur. A) this is nice to have someone greet you and warmly welcome you, B) Somewhat annoying how the hosts try and talk you into to having a information session regarding developments. The information sessions I perceive only help wyndham staff... More

We are Worldmark owners and thought we would try it out as part of a trip to Victoria. Great place! Our one bedroom apartment offered all we could wish for. The kitchen was the best equipped of apartments (Worldmark and other) that we have stayed in... though there was no dishwasher, which wasn't an issue for us. The staff were... More

Wow! This place is stunning! 19th century mansion then became a boys home for decades before becoming a resort. Our room is awesome! Character in spades and very well set up and equipped for our stay! We love the grounds and especially the pool and spa! Favorite Wyndham with the possible exception of San Francisco ... Perhaps a tie?

What a wonderful, restful, relaxing abode set in a most beautiful surrounds. Wonderful staff, helpful, yet respectful and leave you in peace to enjoy the many amenities at your leisure. Come and go from your own apartment room to explore the surrounding towns, restaurants and historical highlights. Clean, well equipped and spacious rooms, brilliant. well recommend.

Stayed here in a two bedroom apartment. Hydronic heating was a real winner. Impressive service from the start with a good tour of the hotel to the end with sending on promptly the kids left behind fluffy toys. They have a heated pool which is really big. It was a bit deep even at the shallow end for our youngest... More

Our one bedroom was lovely however it could have done with a better view (looking over the roof of the rest of the building). No baths in the rooms was a disappointment. A nice touch would have been if we were advised of the electric blankets being on the bed too. Great to have the ability to cook your own... More

We recently stayed for 3 nights & the hotel is great. PROS: Very helpful staff .... My wife and nine year old son spent a week in Ballarat during a month long trip to Australia and would rank this resort not only as the best in our time in Australia, but one of the best managed and unique resorts we have visited in our world travels. Part of our goal as parents is to help our... More

We recently spent 3 nights at Worldmark Ballarat in a 3 bedroom apartment. The resort staff were friendly and helpful, requests were met quickly and they were very knowledgeable. Our apartment was huge and well equipped, although a dishwasher would have been handy. (had my husband for that though). It had two bathrooms and two tv's. Plenty of room for... More
