We reserved 1 week before arrival, but received a great rate. The owner's daughter was very friendly, and spoke great English. We arrived late on Friday, but she gave us great directions (in English) over the phone. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed, and received great advice for drinks, restaurants, ski lifts, ski transport, ski rentals.
