Excellent location, easy to get to, and Guilio was a wonderful host, helping us even before we arrived! The rooms were spacious, kitchens well equipped and beds cozy. We couldn't have asked for better accomodations. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer....but we'll be back soon.

Great facilities, we stayed in the stand-alone cottage which was very comfortable and very well equiped. Great value for money. The host Guilio was excellent, very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring Tuscany with so many stunning hill-top medieval towns nearby. Would recommend it to anyone.

this is a rustic little villa near Arezzo. we found the amenties were fine but a little basic. definitely a place to relax as it is off the beaten track a little bit. there are some good restaurants in nearby Castiglion Fiorentino and Arezzo. our host Guilio was wonderful.
