Great place - it is like an apartment. Fridge, oven, microwave. Great value at 100 Euros for Venice!. We even had a washing machine (but no dryer - took a while to dry in the winter).
Note - you must take the ferry to get to Venice, about 45 minute ride. Then jump on another boat to get around Venice...
