“despite negative reviews we loved the hotel”

we read all other reviews and were prepared for the worst but when we arrived we thought the location was great, a bit noisey if you have a room overlooking the street but otherwise the staff were helpful the hotel clean but basic the beds were comfy and the showers great after a busy day and the breakfasts were filling.... Hotel rooms very small, breakfast awful. Stayed two nights. We had a problem with our airconditioning not working the first night, we were promised a change of room the next day and told we would not be charged for that night. The next day we were offered a new deal for the that day/night which included the evening meal and... More
