We stayed in this hotel for two nights in July 2012. The external appearance was outstanding because the infrastructure is definetely big, very well finished, well placed within Chianciano (remind that if you like to walk into the town you should be prepared to "climb" back to the hotel because it is at the end of a very steep slope)...
