We have just returned from our trip to Italy. Il Patriarca was definitely one of the highlights, All the staff was excellent, including reception staff, waiters,and cleaning staff. This hotel had great rooms, grounds and an amazing pool! The food was good, nice breakfast l, although it wasn't always re-stocked right away. It was easy to get to, right off the highway. Go to the catacombs in Chuisi - they made the whole trip worth it!

My stay in this hotel in 2010 was idyllic! It is a hotel which is situated in the heart of toscane with a fabulous view on the trees and countryside! It was quiet, peaceful and the swimming pool is lovely! The food in the trattoria was superb, the tiramisu heavenly and the atmosphere cosy!
