We waited 20 minutes at reception because they apparently had a problem. Loud radio was blasting over all public spaces. We never saw another guest. We had ask at reception for service in the bar. Room was ok and bed comfortable. Breakfast was inadequate consisting of pastries and cereals, no coffee or tea, and no staff around.
