Small cute and clean rooms, cheap underground parking - really nice and fast room service. WIFI is not free though, but fair price. Near train stations that can take you within hour to Florance or Forte Di Marmi We loved it and really will consider to come back again if we are near.

The hotel had manually turned off all heat and air in the rooms so we had no control over how cold or hot the room became. Complimentary breakfast was okay but very limited. Desk staff friendly and somewhat helpful. Well located for walking downtown. Hotel never seemed very clean, though. Uncomfortable beds. Next to tracks with loud and frequent train.
