Very nice host. Nice surrounding. Nice view. Quiet. Easy access to nearby cities. We didn't like the bathroom attached to the bedroom with the noisy fan. The room was average with old furniture. Price was incredible. Sitting on the terrace in the morning was memorable. Recommended.

Really loved the pool, rooms were great, too. A restaurant would be more convenient. Overall, fantastic experience though.

This farm stay was sensational! Just a short drive from the towns of Montepulciano and Acquaviva, it has amazing views over the country side, a perfect place to relax beside the pool or on the patio and read a book. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and well stocked with cooking utensils. Plenty of outdoor dining areas.

A small well equipped apartment in a pleasant garden setting surrounded by olive trees and vines. Large pool and outdoor facilities were well maintained. Ideally situated for driving to Montepulciano and other hill top towns. Gaye & John Melbourne Australia.
