The villas are 200 meters from the sea (the pier), 150 meters from the supermarket and the famous and renowned “Piazzetta” central square (bars, restaurants, and high fashion shopping boutiques). The closest sandy beach is Porto Paglia located 700meters from the villas. The 13 villas are immerged in 10.000 m2 of Mediterranean plants and trees and in the middle of the property there is an enchanting swimming pool with a built in cold jacuzzi(17mt x 8mt, deep 100 to 230 mt) surrounded by flower beds, rocks, a spacious lawn and ample space to tan.The residence is accessed by an electronic gate located on via Porto Cervo.
