We just finished staying five days at the Palazzo Marzoli. The room was quite large with a lovely balcony with a fantastic view. The hotel is located at the top part of the town just a few minutes walk to catch he Sita buses to either Sorrento or further up the Amalfi coast. There are plenty of options for stairs... More

Stayed here in the summer of 2010. The hotel is nice, offers great value for money considering it is in a UNESCO World Heritage Site city. The service is good, breakfast is nice... but considering it is served on the room terrace overlooking the whole city and see - the breakfast is fabulous. It rained almost every day during my... We stayed at palazzo marzoli for 4 nights, overall we had an ok stay. We started off very happy. They gave as a room with a huge balcony and we had a wondeful view of positano. The bathroom was huge and each morning we recieved a breakfast that had great croissants and coffee. It was quite a fair walk down... More

Despite paying extra for a superior room with a terrace we ended up with a comfort room and small balcony. We booked through hotel.com, they were not helpful and the staff at the hotel were in denial that there was a problem. Poor service and location. Breakfast was small. Lots of hidden extras with using Internet, parking, air con doesn't... More

Rooms were a good size especially for Europe. But the bathroom had a really strange smell. When they checked it, they said they couldn't smell it! It wasn't a bathroom-type smell, just something strange. Was there throughout our entire stay (3 days). Breakfast was very nice. Not an American breakfast but still nice. Croissant and coffee were quite good. Best... More

Really not guest-centric. Quite far away from where all the action happens, which can be a good and a bad thing. The hotel didn't really let us know how the bus system worked, so we had to figure it out ourselves. Beautiful view. Felt they overcharged us for things - We opened a small bottle of Prosecco from our mini... More

We stayed here in september in a De Luxe room. The room had the best view of Positano. The room was big and the location is perfect, within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and bus stop. The staff at the front were helpful with reccommendations and always friendly. That was a perfect and wonderful stay in Positano, would definitely... More
