The hotel was very clean, good service and kind staff. Close to the Theatre and the city centre, 2-3 minutes walking distence. Mercure Astoria worths more than a 4 star hotel. Large and comfortable rooms with large bathroom. Only the shower is small. Will recommend it especially for bussines trips. More

This hotel represents good value and is located on a great park in the centre of the town. The hotel itself is average, really in need of renovation. However the staff were professional and helpful. A/C did not work so room quite stuffy, this seems to be a theme in Italian hotels. More

When going to Reggio, this hotel is to be recommended. Aircondition works nicely and breakfast is good and diverse. Internet was a challenge, and it looks like previous guests have experienced same problems. At departure the staff promised it fixed on "Monday", so I hope it will be fixed for next stay. More
