Arrived without a reservation, and given a lovely double room with view over the beautiful lake 30m. away. Fabio, the manager, and his staff made us very welcome. Excellent facilities, all in good condition. Room was large and warm with ensuite shower room/bathroom. 3km from historic Scanno, but you can walk there in 45 minutes or catch bus from nearby...
