The drive from San Gimignano to the Agriturismo set the bar pretty high already, but the view from Agriturismo Santa Vittoria was simply breathtaking. The double room came with a dinning hall and table, something we did not even expect at all for the price we paid. The host Luigi was extremely helpful, telling us insightful information of about everything... More

We recently spent 2 weeks in this absolutely magnificent agriturismo. Spectacular views, lots of nice things to see and visit in the surroundings....The owners, Luigi and Katiuscha are very nice and friendly people, always willing to help and to organise things for you. They even took us to the seaside to go diving. Maria is a great cook, we really... More

Ciao Anuschka, sorry if I write to you only now, but we cannot forget about you and the other families, and the great time we spent together on the coast. I am glad that you enjoyed it, and the food of mamma Maria as well! Hope to see you again. Luigi More

We stayed for first time but will for sure return. Welcome was fantastic. Luigi (owner) was waiting for us and gave us "full" information about region and things to visit/see before guiding us to our simple but very nice and big appartment at ripabella house. Their are two houses ,both with 4 appartments, on top of an hills so you... More

We stayed here for the 4th time in 12 years and every time it's great to be back. The location has the best views we've seen in Tuscany. The owners, Katiuscia and Luigi, are very helpfull and friendly. Mamma Maria is the Princess of the Kitchen and makes great Italian food. The appartments are simple but big and clean. The... More

If you want the true dusty road, remote Tuscany experience, this is the place. Luigi the manager of the property was extremely helpful and the accomodations were very nice. The only negative I have is the one bathroom in our apartment was small. It was, however, clean and the rest of the place was very nice. We stayed in the... More

We stayed at Agriturismo Santa Vittoria in April 2011. We stayed in the Riparbella Apartments. On driving through the Tuscan countryside my husband had joked that he expected a view just like what we were driving through and Santa Vittoria more than delivered. Our stay was a highlight of the trip. We were welcomed by Luigi who took the time... More

It has been a few years since we stayed (twice) at Santa Vittoria and we rate this as one of the best holidays we enjoyed. For pure peace, tranquility and fantastic food, Santa Vittoria is a haven! Luigi & Katisucia along with their family were the perfect hosts. We stayed in Riparbella both times and the panorama is amazing. It... More

We, a family of four with two teenagers, came back after a 3-year hiatus because we just couldn't stay away any longer. The atmosphere, the view, the sunsets, the tranquility, the hospitality... we just love it. There is no luxury in the apartment, but all the necessary equipment is there, the beds are good and clean, and the swimming-pool is... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel):
:Framed by the splendid hilly landscape of Volterra and her ‘Balze’ (crags), and situated in the sunny Tuscan countryside, is the holiday farm Santa Vittoria. Here we offer relaxing and timeless farm holidays, in eight harmoniously restored apartments equipped with every convenience to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The agritourism facilities consist of two independent farmhouses – Riparbella and Collevicchi – located on two main, but separate, hills from which one can enjoy unforgettable views. The estate is open all year round, given the attractive and different shades of the colours of nature during the varied Autumn and Winter months, for hunting enthusiasts and lovers of traditional Tuscan cooking. In fact Mamma Maria captivates guests with her typically homemade and strictly Tuscan cuisine for which she uses many of our own locally-grown products.Once back in your apartment you can enjoy the intimate, cosy atmosphere created by a real log fire or admire the star-studded heavens all around you. The geographically-central position of Santa Vittoria allows one to quickly reach the main Art cities of Tuscany such as: Volterra; San Gimignano; Monteriggioni; Siena; Firenze; Luca; Pisa; the coastline between Bolgheri and Populonia; and the Chianti area as well as interesting but less noteworthy towns and villages which we can recommend. In addition Santa Vittoria organises painting and cookery courses (on request), sampling/tasting of our own home-grown produce and Pick Your Own produce from our vegetable gardens. Lastly, it is also possible to fish in a nearby lake, to discover hidden woodland paths on horseback or just visit our own estate where we rear pheasant, pigeon and wild boar. Thanks to our continuous presence on the property, we are always on hand to give you a warm and friendly welcome, and to offer assistance and advice. ... more   less
