I was a bit concerned about booking this hotel after so many negative reviews however, my experience was a very positive one. For 3 nights, I had a large spacious room with comfortable double bed, large bathroom with bathtub and shower - plenty of hot water and nice towels. The hotel is a short walk from the metro, Line 7 - which takes you directly to the Louvre Museum and Opera in around 25 mins. Fabulous little bakery next to the metro, where I had a pain au chocolate and a cafe au lait every morning for under 4 euros. A couple of negatives: the wifi is unreliable and cuts out a lot; there are no bars or anything to do nearby; no shampoo or hairdryer, but I took my own anyway and let my hair dry naturally - soap was provided. This hotel was great value.

Went on a trip with my school and while there our bags were rummaged through and our food was stolen by the cleaners. We received stale croissants and small prices of bread with small jam and butter for breakfast. The tea and coffee were cold and the water was boiling hot. The bed sheets smelled and provided zero heat. My friends vibrating face brush was left on against the wall by the cleaners all day and six of her chocolate bars that she bought were eaten. Our bags had been moved and gone through. Our lights in our room didn’t work and neither did the air conditioning. View from the bedroom was horrible and hotel was in an awful location. It took nearly an hour to get into the city and longer to get to Disneyland. Overall the hotel was a complete letdown and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.…

I arrived at the Hotel in the end of the day with my reservation done online, including a parking place for my car. When I arrived (around 5.30 pm), the man from the reception told me (in a rude way) that I couldn't park my car on the Hotel installations. It was not allowed anymore to park the car in the hotel, even with my pre-reservation online. I requested the reclaiming book to report this situation and He didn't gave me the book. How is it possible to treat a customer in this way??? I was just leaving the Hotel to find another one and in this moment the receptionist gave me permission to park my car. After this episode, I paid my for stay and I requested Him the invoice. Again, the receptionist didn't want to give me the incoive. Told me that he didn't have time for that, if I wanted the invoice I should wait. I was incredulous with the way that this gentleman treated me... Definitely, I don't recommend this Hotel, especially because of this Sir.…

I went to this hotel on a trip. I'm not going to say with who or when. When we got to the hotel we got our room keys. The hotel is one copy of every key so don't lose it. Is what we were told. Next we went up to our rooms. Once we finally got the door open after about 3 minutes of trying with the price of cardboard they called a key. The room had a horrible smell. It was as if someone died. The door didn't not close its self you had to close it. The bathroom. Was not small but the lights above the mirror did not work. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom flooded. They did not give you soap. The towels were the size of a hand towel. The beds were had as rocks there might as well have been no pillow. The plug had its wire cut the a/c didn't work so the room was always hot. The fridge had broke there was no safe in the hotel room. And the wifi was slow and it never worked it took me 5 hours for one video to load. If you have children don't bring them here the windows in the room open fully and you could fall out. Breakfast was appalling you got a stale crossont and a price of a bread roll. The hot chocolate was hot milk. You got a Capri sun as ur cold drink which was warm. The buyer was like lard. The peopel who work there don't speak any English. I would not go back. …

On arrival I didn't think much of this Hotel. The entrance is needing an update as are the rooms. But fr the price I paid it was good in terms of a bed and breakfast. Yet upon arriving in my room the bathroom door didn't shut, broken light bulb and no air conditioning. I informed the receptionist which amounted nothing. The location was rubbish with little sound insulation in the rooms plus only good WiFi in the lobby. Wouldn't return.

Despite the negative reviews, the experience was not bad. It is not very sophisticated, but the room was clean and very warm (visited in november) .We chose it for the free parking, very hard to find and the proximity to the metro station. In-room free wifi also available.

Before I went I read some not-so-great reviews of this place on TripAdvisor but I was pleasantly surprised. The Bed was really comfy, a good TV, close to the Metro and not a bad breakfast. However the rooms weren't the absolute cleanest and there were other people's hair on the bedsheets. Other than that I would say it was fine.

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights for a school trip. Staff are friendly but the facilities are extremely limited, for example, lack of kettle etc. It's convenient for using the metro. From the initial reviews read it has been a mediocre experience.

You could do worse. This hotel is certainly not great, but I think part of that is because Villejuif is a bit run down as well. I stayed for a month as part of a 4 week study abroad program for my school. PROS: +Room was cleaned every day +Price +Wifi connection works well +1 min walk from Louis Aragon Metro station, about a 20-25 min ride into the center of Paris. CONS: -They only have one copy of every key, so if you lose it you literally can't get in your room. -So they make you leave the key every time you leave. I felt like if I came back too late I would be locked out. -Breakfast was just croissants and rolls with butter. Also hot chocolate or coffee. That wasn't bad the first week, but after a month I started to dislike that as a breakfast every morning -Can't have wifi on two devices. The password is only good for one. -It can be loud outside at night I would say this hotel is as close as it gets to average. The textbook definition of okay.…
