What a hell hole. No running water in the bathroom basin. Water from the shower came out brown. Mould around base of shower tray. Lighting in bathroom did not work. Lights in bedroom were broken. I could go on, but let's just say I won't be staying here again. Arras is a pleasant enough town - especially the main square.... More

We needed an overnight stop and chose this hotel, and it was fine without being great. Staff were helpful and room was okay, just a bit small. We didn't realise the restaurant wasn't open on a weekend, and as it was very bad weather had to go is search of somewhere to eat.

We were on the ground floor next to the staircase, we could hear people walking up and down the stairs as the floorboards creaked very badly. Room was comfortable though with a good sized shower room. Staff were helpful with good English. Breakfast was very good value.

Adequate only. You get what you pay for. Good hotel for travelling salesmen. No leisre facilities or bar area and retaurant is cafeteria chic. Good 5/10 mins drive from town centre.

Thank God we only stayed for one night. It was dirty, smelt and by 9.00 breakfast was gone. We were told you can have croissants if you can wait 15-20 minutes.
