My heart sank when we found the hotel - tucked away on a very unimpressive street just off the motorway. Reception was very friendly but the room was very disappointing- small, bright orange walls, and heavy smell of smoke. However, dinner that evening was excellent. It was probably one of the best meals i've had in France. Very good food...
