We stayed over Christmas 2012. Found the hotel very friendly. Staff helpful and attentive. Food good and varied. Great location for facilities in resort. Lovely pool and spa area. We would definitely come back. try for a room high up - as amazing views. Tv bit shaky but DVD player in rooms or on request.
