We booked the hotel over the internet and took the optional upgrade to the luxurious room (with a Jacuzzi) When we got there the room wasn't at all what we expected. Our room came without a safe. We stayed at this hotel in February and were met with problems on arrival. The hotel's administration system is dire to say the least. We stayed with another couple and rooms were mixed up. Staff know anything you need to know about the ski passes and the resort, very helpful, best places to have a drink and meet French people; very good memories, will be back for sure! Great resort, loved it and would consider staying for longer. more
Although we had a very short stay here....4 hours before we were moved I think we saw enough!
