First of all: it is not Düsseldorf, it's Neuss. Location of hotel is not the best. It's near to the Rhein river but also to industry buildings. Hotel quality is very good. Modern design and very comfortable beds.

set in an undustrial park, although good public transport links to Dusseldorf and Koln, this is a business location. Rheinpark nearby offers Starbucks and shopping. Clean rooms, but hot water ran out twice and internet very poor.

Clean, modern design (but kindof cold atmosphere). Room was good..no more, hated the pellows though! (16th floor) Stayed here for business in a cold time...so it might be the reason why I don't feel it like one of my favourites!

Standart expected service quality.breakfast is very good .rooms are standart but convenient . Around hotel there is nothing to do.you have to take taxi to go to dusseldorf.(not so expensive) I didn't try spa.but I heart it is good. The staff are help full.
