Everything very good to perfect. Service was great from beginning. Like a lot my dinner in local restaurant "New York". I recommended this hotel to everyone, who stuck at Frankfurt airport. Shuttle bus goes between airport and hotel every 30 min.

The Internet is intermittent. In addition, it's very slow and no videos can be played (including Hulu). It gets frustrating having to log in over and over again. Stayed for two weeks in March. Clean/comfortable rooms. Very pleasant staff. Room at times expensive (there was a trade show on in town). Restaurant was good, but costly. This is not a four star hotel. The wifi does not load a web page and is computers in lobby are slow as well.
