All the staff that I encountered in our approx. 8 hour stay at this hotel (we got a day rate for a late night departure) were absolutely courteous, professional and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Watch out for overcharges! We prepaid for the hotel room and breakfast. The hotel tried to charge us a second time. Luckily we had documentation showing that we had prepaid. They gave some lame excuses about errors in their "system". more
