Rude and inflexible customer service. Charged for internet, but only valid for one device. When a code for a second device was requested, receptionist demanded to know why a second device was needed, telling me that i could work perfectly well with one device. We arrived late without a reservation, but got a friendly welcome from the busy restaurant staff. At first we got offered a 120 euro room, but we choose the cheaper, 80 euro room. The STAFF at Hotel-Restaurant Adler are terrific. They used their limited English skills to assist with our early arrival & because we had a very early departure made arrangements for us to receive a breakfast "to go" bag in the morning. I had made a reservation for this hotel then had to cancel. I was very dissapointed to find my credit card charged.
