Stayed at this hotel for a short break. The location is perfect for visiting the Mosel valley and the neighbouring city of Trier. The hotel itself could do with an upgrade. While the service is good and everything is perfectly clean, the interiors are dated.

Getting to this hotel is beyond stupid! There are NO signs anywhere. If I owned this hotel... I would fire the manager ON THE SPOT! Nice hotel but could do with a bit of refurbishment. It is just outside Bernkastel and the area is very hilly. Need a taxi to the resort.

We stayed here during the Mosel wine festival which had a great atmosphere. A nice hotel with friendly service in the restaurant. A bit far from the town downhill , so without a car you will have to take a long walk to the river.

I booked this based on the photos on Expedia. 4 stars, great facilities and a great location were promised.
