Hotel is awesome! Practically ski in (10m walk) / ski out (100m walk) The Staff are lovely. The food is excellent. The Spa is a real pleasure. It really feels like you are staying in your own chalet. Since 2012, it has been our 'place in the snow'.

Amazing service from the hotel personel. It was an amazing experience. The staff absolutely well trained, polite, attentive to all your needs and details. The hotel is amazingly beautiful. I can recommend at anytime this hotel. Far best hotel in Crans and Switzerland. It's a must.
