It was my first time in Saas Fee. The rooms are quite nice. Very hot shower which is really good even in summer. But the best is the breakfast. Jam is really home made, croissant are warm, the cheese is good. In fact there is not a lot of choice but everyrhing is fresh and very tasty.

Ulf is a very good and helpful host. Good breakfast with meat, eggs, bread, cheese, cereal etc...settting you up well for the day. Clean functional rooms and relaxing wellness. The hotel is in a perfect location, very calm, nice view. Everybody was very nice, at the restaurant our children could have a special menu and the spa was a good experience. Moreover the "ALL INCLUSIVE offer" with the tickets included was perfect for us.

The staff were wonderful, attentive and helped in every way they possibly could! The hotel was clean, cute and perfect. It was quiet and had spectacular views of the Alps. The food was excellent-especially breakfast!
