OK for one night or two at a stretch. Tram 10 or 12 from ZRH airport to Glattbrugg, then 100m walk to hotel. Booked room with private facilities-allocated room without. Receptionist said did not know why as "new employee". Checkout receptionist said due to error by booking agent! Appropriate refund awaited! Room basic but clean. Breakfast adequate
