just returned from a midweek break at darwin forest . Stayed in a elvaston spa lodge [number112] very clean and spacious ,lovely hot tub and sauna . The onsite facilities are very good and the park is very clean ,very helpfull staff .Would highly recommend the shalimar indian restaurant in darley dale ,excellent food and service .

Our second visit to this super holiday village was as good as the first. The lodges are perfect - very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We has two lodges - one accepted dogs. The swimming pool is free - the children had great fun there. The staff are all helpful and cheerful. Just a shame about the continual rain!

I have just got back from a week away with my husband, brother and sister-in-law and our children aged 10 months and 17 months. We were all so impressed with the resort. Came here for my two year old, excellent fun house, outdoor play, restaurant quick and good food, nice pool and lovely dermalogica treatments. Good base with plenty to do nearby for children. We enjoyed the tramway, gullivers theme park, derby shopping mall, monkey Forrest. The lodge with hot tub was clean and staff lovely, coming again next year!
