Spent 2 nights b&b at this hotel and found it very clean throughout - including the leisure centre. The staff helpful and interested in their customers. Would recommend it as a place to stay to visit Chester etc. and will certainly return.

I have now stayed here on several occasions. I have always found that from reception to dining top class. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay a memorable one. There is also the added bonus of the gym and swimming pool that was always welcome at the end of a busy day.

I stay at this hotel regularly with my sister. My last stay was at the end of April 2013. The rooms are always extremely clean and the facilities are fabulous.
