A very comfortable stay, pleasant, friendly and helpful proprietors. Value for money with an excellent breakfast. Rooms were quiet dispute being off a main road. A little chilly in the room but otherwise perfect stay.

The proprietor was very helpful, the rooms were warm & clean, and the breakfast was really nice, with a choice of times to suit. Whilst the rooms are next to the road, we could not hear the cars, and the bed was comfy, which ensured that we slept well. As we regularly visit Lincoln, we hope to return soon

Lovely couple, very welcoming! beautiful location, near a main road but this does not take away from lincolnshire country side. The room was very cosy and warm, bathroom was clean and modern. Best breakfast I have EVER had! Truly wonderful stay, will definitely return.

I chose The Blackbirds over others because it fitted my budget. I made a good decision! The proprietors were friendly and welcoming, yet relaxed, and breakfast was whenever we wanted it, whatever we wanted and delicious! If I'm in the area again why would I choose anywhere else?
