Stayed here with a colleague the night before we worked in Carmarthen. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, with the usually facilities eg tv, kettle, free wifi if required. The hosts hospitality was as good as the evening meal and full English breakfast. Good selection of beers at the bar.

Set in the heart of the beautiful Gwili Valley and just 4 miles outside the centre of Carmarthen, the Hollybrook is the perfect place to stay. We are a family-run business with a new extension offering a fantastic 60 seater restaurant and 7 en-suite bedrooms, all decorated to a very high standard. The bar area seats 30 and we also have a games area which is always popular with children. We serve food Mondays-Saturdays 12pm-2pm and 5pm-9pm. Traditional Sunday lunches are served from 12pm-2pm and the bar menu is available Sunday evenings from 7pm-8:30pm.
