We checked into The Central for a friend's wedding, on first impressions it was very old and outdated, but it was clean and we aren't fussy so thought all would be fine. At no point were we ever told that we needed to be back for a certain time... We arrived back just before 4 am to find that we... More

Great beer, family run, clean, great breakfast sure what more could you want for under £50! The staff are extremely friendly as you would expect of a family run business. The location was 2nd to none and it didn't cost anything to park. It had a really good bar with a big selection of drinks. The rooms were ample as... More

Having read about The Central Inn, I had mixed views whether or not I should stay but I decided to go ahead and book a family room. I found the B&B experience completely different from a Hotel experience, as it is a family run Bed & Breakfast. I found the staff to be very accommodating at all times, who couldn't... More

This place was very very dated.. all 80's looking decor in the tiny room which smelt damp and had the most basic necessities...also included net curtains on the window which i was taller than....! You also could not whip a cat in the room and it didnt feel clean, we contemplated leaving as soon as we had got into the... More

I recently stayed at The Central Inn, when I went to my friends wedding at a nearby hotel. I found the staff very welcoming, my room was Spotless and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! You could eat as much as you like, just what you need to soak up the night before's alcohol. P.s. Off street parking was an... More

What a find! We stopped off in Cookstown to get some well-earned rest en route to the north coast. The Central Inn is located smack bang in the town centre. We experienced first hand what Irish hospitality was all about. The owner made us feel at home right from the start. An ample sized, warm, clean room awaited us, topped... More

Heya, I stayed in the central B & B in September when I was visiting family and needed somewhere to stay that was cheap and cheerful. The main reason I stayed was because it cost me far less than a hotel but I got the same comforts with a good clean room and a bar below the B & B... More
