A great B&B in very close proximity to Moreves Barn, Lavenham and Sudbury - very spacious front room with huge wardrobes and bathroom! Very powerful shower, nice little touches - proper china teacups, biscuits and toiletries! Super breakfast in the morning, and very friendly hosts. The house isn't modern, but it's all very clean, tidy and well cared for!

Our room and bath at this B&B were clean and comfortable. The grounds were fairly extensive with somewhat annoying dogs. There is an indoor pool but you have to go through the owners part to get to it and the owners part is not as spotless as the rest of the house.
We had the pleasure to spend the night here late September.
After a slight error on my behalf (I got the phone numbers mixed up and tried to check in to a Farmhouse B&B 102 miles away!!) we arrived in Little Waldingfield! Newmans Hall Farm is situated just on the outskirts of the village with a long tree lined drive....
