Very friendly hosts, although we got there kinda late. Ardilaun, or Malahide in general is a good location when you want to go to Dublin by train, esp. when your plans lead you to the Guinness Storehouse. We left the day after very early in morning and it's just 10 min away from Dublin Airport. In summary: a reasonable place... More

Stayed here only one night before leaving on a very early morning flight. Malahide is a perfect choice to stay if you want to visit Dublin and need to be close to the airport. It's a short bus ride from the B&B to the train station, or you can cover the distance with a 15 minutes stroll. Trains to Dublin... More

I stayed for one night at Ardilaun. It was my first time in Ireland, and the location was beautiful! I think I enjoyed Malahide more than Dublin. The B&B is a short walk from the beach, from Malahide Castle, and from the railway into Dublin. The B&B had a homey atmosphere. The rooms were lovely. By far though the best... More

Bernie and Rory couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. A wonderful house with great rooms and everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were fantastic, a proper Full Irish breakfast! All in all a great place to stay and we would recommend Ardilaun to anyone thinking of visiting Malahide.

Bernie couldn't have been more helpful or kind and this would be a great place to stay for most people, so I am sorry to have to report something negative. However, the triple front room is very crowded and very noisy if the windows need to be open because it faces a busy street. There is not really a lounge... More

This is a lovely B&B just 15 minutes from the Dublin airport, and close to many local attractions. When we arrived, Bernie greeted us very kindly with a lot of good advice about sights to see nearby, and she told us exactly which routes to take to get where we needed - it was a quick train ride from Malahide... Stayed at Ardilaun for 2 nights whilst tracing family history and couldn't have picked a more welcoming b&b. Bernie, our host, was just lovely. Our rooms were large doubles with a ensuite bathroom even though I had stated we were single occupants. Really comfy beds and lovely and clean room and bedding. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful with lots... More

My self and my husband recently had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Ardilaun B & B in Malahide. We had a very warm welcome from our hosts Bernie and Rory Neary who did everything in their power to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We had a lovely comfortable spacious room with a walk in shower. The breakfast... More

We spent one night here and enjoyed our stay very much. The Ardilaun is located on the Swords Road convenient to the airport and the village of Malahide. Our spacious room was spotless, with a large bathroom with walk-in shower. We would have loved to stay longer here, and plan to make a return visit on our next trip. we... More
