stayed here recently and it was a very good experience. Access and parking is a big issue because of its town centre location. Parking in front of the hotel even to drop off luggage is non existance or too busy as it is on the towns main one way street. there is a limited public car park at the rear... More

Average hotel nothing special, the public areas are nicely decorated and kept to a high standard but our room was tiny. Exactly like something out of a B&B a small room with a bathroom rammed in the corner, the walls are paper thin we knew the couple next door and they were able to tell us when we were using... More

This hotel was better than expected for a 3 star. Very comfortable room in pristine condition - staff were extremely helpful and were on top of their job. Breakfast was excellent. Car parking was provided at no extra cost.

Stayed here in January, When we checked in we were told to move our car from the main street as we would get a ticket in the morning if it remained! So back outside to the freezing cold, wind and rain to move the car! Yvonne and Thresa were very helpful, we needed directions and local info which they were... More

Myself and a few friends stayed here last week. Lovely hotel and the location is great as it's in the centre of the town so everythingd is within walking distance. Staff were very friendly and very helpful couldn't fault it. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone from a couple to a girls night out.

We stayed on our way to valentia island on a friday night. We knew it was a 3 star so we cant complain about that. It was a tired building and tired staff. It REMINDED ME OF FAULTY TOWERS. Staff didnt know what was going on in the other part of the hotel. It is on the main street so... More

I stayed here with a group of students on a school trip and the staff were friendly and efficient. The check-in was all organised on arrival so there was no hanging around. The students' rooms were basic, clean and functional. I had room 20 which is one of the refurbished rooms and it was lovely, very modern and comfortable. My... More

I stayed at the Hibernian Hotel in Mallow for one night recently, I had stayed there before and I must say the decor and fittings have been greatly improved both in the public areas and in the bedroom. I had a lovely room on the first floor at the front of the building, very large and very quiet - I... More

I had stayed here about five years ago and not with fond memories. That time was one night but this time was the whole week!! My company had booked me in so I didn't get much say in the matter. On arrival you park at the car park way behind the hotel (I wouldn't fancy the walk I'm the rain).... More
