I have used this hotel a number of times for business functions and they have been so helpful and kind the staff really do make the place. We stayed there overnight to break up our journey and the hotel rooms are fab and very reasonably priced. The breakfast in the morning was the best (I had stayed at a 4*... More

We chose Hearn's Hotel becuase of it's great location, right in the town and the price for our stay. The other bonus was the fact that you really don't have to leave the Hotel, as just downstairs they host great gigs and comedy shows. A great laugh! The room we booked was surprisingly bigger than we had thought and very... More

Had a great night at Reginald D Hunters comedy gig in O'Keeffes in April. Stayed in their hotel and it was cheap and cheerful. its a really fun spot for a night away with the girls. The hotel was perfect for us, rooms were lovely and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Already looking forward to our next trip... More

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed. Staff very friendly and helpful but owners need to close the place and revamp quickly. Hall smells stale. Carpet is very tired. I was traveling with my work and was tired when I got to my room to find that I couldn't lock the door from inside or out.... More

Good old-fashioned, traditional hotel. Décor in the reception area was very traditional. Room was nicely laid out and quite spacious, as was the bathroom. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Really felt I received personal service. Would definitely return.

Very disappointed on arrival! knew it wouldnt be great! However room was fine, bathroom needs heat and up dating. On the plus side its the quietest hotel we have ever slept in! Staff lovely and friendly. Took us 10 mins of knocking in the rain one night before they let us in. Place stinks of tobaco as they allow smoking... More

There is a difference between old world charm and neglect. This hotel has been neglected. As long as the nightclub downstairs is busy, they dont care. The smell on the stairs and in the room was disgusting. The room was freezing and dark. On returning late that night the water had been shut off. The next morning it was back,... More

Love the hotel staff, extremely helpful & chatty! Only problem was that there was cold water in the shower the first night and the water was cut off completely the second night & didn't come back on in our room! Ended up getting access to one of the other guest rooms on the lower floor to use the bathroom, but... More

Myself and my family were staying for one night. When we arrived we saw that they were working away in the lounge area re-doing the room, so the whole bottom smelled of strong varnish. We got our key and went up to the room, the only way I saw to get up to the rooms where staires, so if you... More
