warrm welcome very friendly and helpfull the room was loveley very clean and spacious great breakfast,off road parking close to all venues ,good value for money,would recomend to any one a family run buisness .My wife and myself had travelled from cheshire on the friday afternoon for a freinds weddding what a great weekend had by all !!!!!!

This was our second visit. Gillian and Robin the proprietors are a lovely couple who go out of there way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are very clean and spacious. We were on a cartrip in Scotland and this was our best stay. Beautiful room, great breakfast, safe parking and a warm welcome. What more can we add? We were four adults and paid 100 pounds, it was definately worth it. Highly recommended.

We found the people of the guesthouse very pleasant and friendly. The rooms are a very good size, and clean. The breakfest is very nice as well. The overall experence was great, we would recommend this guesthouse to anyone.
