Not the prettiest motel but not bad. Very close to everything and cheap compared to other hotels. They have coin laundry room and a grill on site for use. The rooms are very outdated and old. They have that old smell to them, and feel dirty. However, for Kodiak they are about average. They are pet friendly but they really dont have any grass, so be prepaired to walk the dogs a bit.

Although the building is kind of old the manager Elke makes the most out of it. With her friendliness she made us feel very comfortable. The rooms are quite old but well maintained and equipped (flat screen TV, Sat, WiFi, microwave, coffeemaker, fridge) and very clean. And you get it for a very reasonable price.
