Recently refurbished, new paintwork, furniture and mattress. Excellent value, clean, functional and spacious rooms with very comfortable mattress. I had a comfortable nights sleep and have no complaints. The receptionist Phil, was most helpful, gave me a good deal on the room and recommended some nearby restaurants. Thanks.

Room was clean, but traffic was noisy especially early morning. Certainly don't need an alarm clock. Bathroom needs a good clean. Dirt around the rear of the shower head. Costa next door or Garage for food or drink. Basic but that's reflected in the price.

Standard Travelodge but without any real services for a proper meal. Costa and BP all that was available when arriving Saturday eveing. Had prepaid box breakfast - very basic but OK for one day. Costa would have been a better option.
